​​​​​​​​​​The HBA ("Harga Batu Acuan") Indonesia Coal Reference Price is the new weekly price benchmark of Indonesian thermal coal in both domestic and international markets, started in March 1, 2025. It is published weekly by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and is based on assessments of 4 different grades of coal:
